When I went to school in Brissie in the 70s and 80s, the Tram lines were still burried in the Asphalt and cobbled streets, but the Trams were long gone. Now they bitch about traffic in the city.

I'm in Australia, years ago at my local pub most Fridays I would see 2 pollies from neighbouring electorates and opposing parties sitting down having a beer together, after a week of yelling at each other in parliament. That all changed in the mid 2000s. It wouldn't happen today.
