recently bought a 5th gen iPod 'cause i wanted a good dedicated music player without all the extra stuff so many modern music players push on you :3

it also wasn't wiped before it was sold, and had the entirety of season 2 of iCarly lol

so I'm workin on adding some additional armor types to Arcanus, specifically cultist robes themed after the mana types, and just for fun i decided to run them through a couple color blindness filters

surprisingly they are pretty distinguishable! at least i think. definitely could be better

A Minecraft desert with a river and plains on the horizon. In the upper left corner of the screen is a mana display showing 5 bars - red, green, blue, white, and black. Each of them has a number at the end displaying exactly how much mana is in it. Currently, it shows 150 mana in each of them.

Working on Arcanus' new mana system, having 5 types of mana instead of just 1. Wanted to show off that the mana bar's size is dynamic to the amount of mana one has, as well as a configurable max size to ensure it doesn't take up too much screen space

A warning message from IntelliJ that says "'bottomMana' should probably not be passed as parameter 'uWidth'". The variable 'bottomMana' is defined as "int bottomMana = (int) (halfNHalf * Math.clamp(ratio / 0.44f, 0f, 1f))"

so minecraft has an ExtraCodecs class for some data types that dont have codecs by default and they didnt put into the Codec class itself, but not everything. except for UUID which is in UUIDUtils for some reason?

my wife and i swapped the shell for my DS Lite to a pokedex one :3

ive not seen any other mod achieve this level of fluidity so im really proud of the result even if the model could use some work x3

im messing around with the aura shader, trying to get it to work properly. unfortunately, it inverts the colors of the player, and it looks very cursed also the lower part of the sky is black, as are any custom block entity models like chests

started working on implementing a custom guidebook for the mod im working on

had to do lots of fun backend stuff for it. stencils to cut elements at the edge of the page, bezier curves that dynamically change their direction, and it all being data driven so others can add to the book easily

an array of armor stands with different sets of robes placed on them. six of them are open at the body and have different highlight colors (none, green, purple, yellow, red, and orange) pertaining to something I'm not disclosing right now :p in the center is a different set of robes, covering much of the body in its black, blue, and white folds. behind it sits a menacing, armored set with a large feather cloak draped around the shoulders, a skull mask with horns, and spike-toed boots. all of the robes, minus the one with the feather cloak, have hoods. the top image shows them when they're down, and the bottom image shows them when they're up. when up, the hoods obscure most of the face.

twitter sucked but i still wanted somewhere to keep up with artists and other people i like, so im glad she gave me an invite ^-^
