No one has done more to harm the legal interests of animals than Senator Plett. He relentlessly opposed every single bill to make life slightly better for animals who are miserably suffering in captivity or being slaughtered. Today is a happy day for animals & I look forward to progress soon!

The province could have cracked down on online marketplaces like Kijiji (which enable puppy mills) in their PUPS Act last year, but instead they ignored the problem. Ontario's dog laws need a massive overhaul and I hope this is the impetus to make real change.
