The world has truly lost an amazing woman. As of this morning, Oct 1st, Dame Jane Goodall has passed. She dedicated her life to zoology and anthropology, her love of chimpanzees led to her being the foremost expert. Her accolades proceed her and her dedication to science and nature is one to admire.

This is why I don’t trust some people. Getting fired for wanting to keep a Newsletter free because we weren’t getting paid is insane. Once we talked about compensation we were shut down. Now we are blocked on everything. Fuck this fuck them. #betrayed #frustrated #wtf

My favorite grounding technique is standing barefoot on the grass and imagining I’m a tree. Roots digging deep into the earth, leaves soaking up the sunshine. Being apart of the earth instead of just on it.

Today I will decode the famous spell from act one of Shakespeare’s Macbeth it begins with “Double, double, toil and trouble. Fire burn and caldron bubble. Eye of Newt, and toe of frog, wool of bat, and tongue of dog, Adder’s fork, and blind worms sting.” But what is this spell specifically stating?
