Leaving Facebook was hard, but the people who are truly a part of my life are still in contact. I don't really miss pictures of the guy's dog that I worked with 7 years ago. My grown kids are not there anyway. Meta gives a false feeling of connection. It is full of ads, disinformation, and vitriol.

I got off of Twitter when the twit bought it. I got off all Meta platforms in April. Life is better when you stop giving greedy oligarchs attention.
