We had the same, the supermodel seniors went with college guys. Many boys are immature, I get it. For no rhyme or reason, our high school social groups included our grade, one grade above, two grades below, and even freshman--little brother's friends, girl from the musical, neighbor. Small Town. 🙂

wherein I haven't a clue. The slang, for example, or why certain things are important. The worst for me is when pop stars who were once too young to make remarks about at first (e.g., Britney) are now older looking middle-aged women. I have a decade+ on them, how the hell old am I? That fast?!

I don't have kids and even the nieces are grown up, but sometimes one sees kids that age and, like you said, they look 12. Then there was the grey hair trend; that IMHO looked spooky on youth. I'm in Public Relations so for a while I knew a bit about pop culture, but I've finally reached the age

My point wasn't even that 15 looks older, my point was MAGA is simply brainwashed: now the Party line today is "there is no difference between an 8 year old & 15." There's not any nuance. Just "No difference." MAGA is all Twisted logic and sexual deviancy.
