Brendan ‘the voice’ McDonald has made it through storm Amy to Manchester for the big Ring The Bells launch event tomorrow and he’s set an unassailable standard for 50th birthday pressies by getting me a Leinster jersey signed by the entire team.

Rang the insurance company and got a robotic human voice going - What is the policy holders name? Reason for call? Policy number etc - thought, bloody hell, it's an AI bot. turns out it wasn't - just a weirdly efficient dude. Came very close to making a huge idiot of myself.
