I don’t mind at all. Before they’re together it’s just her neck. They try other, less intimate, places like her wrist but it hurts more. Once they’re together, her thigh is a favorite of both of theirs. She keeps the neck scars for everyone to see and the thigh scars just for Astarion.

Ruyn's internal scars are her lost memories. While she first curses the fact that they are lost, over time she views it as not a curse but a gift. As she learns more and more about the things she has done and those done to her, she is grateful that she cannot and will not remember. 3/3

Given all that's happened, Ruyn should have multiple scars. She of course doesn't know why or how, but she heals rapidly. Later she finds out her body heals wounds she does not consent to, a gift from the Raven Queen. This explains why her tattoos, piercings, and Astarion's bite remain. 2/3
