Weekend success! Cleaning out my folks pantry at their old place and finding lady finger biscuits, purchased in New Caledonia in 1983 for 175 NC Francs.
They were fine, and made adequate tiramisu on Sat evening.

Here's a plot of weight over time from 1 Jan. The big dip early in the year was from focusing on XC bike racing. Then there's the conscious increase when weight training.
