Oh yeah, that amount sounds a lot more reasonable. The numbers I found were for naturally produced E and I assumed it wouldn't be that much more if you take it.
Do keep in mind that a large part of that 50% won't be in the form of estradiol though.

I don't really know much chemistry or the composition of urine, but aren't we talking about concentrations in the neighborhood of nanograms/l?

Pilk sounds absolutely disgusting at first, but I drank milk + jägermeister once and it was surprisingly good, so I guess it could actually work.
