I really think a lot of people hold Valve too highly in their esteem bc they're maybe the only huge corporation they regularly interact with, that makes a good product, and doesn't try to screw them at every turn. So people defended it bc Valve are the "good guys"

I get it I just think 6k is too much for it to be acceptable. My 60$ partially obstructed view at a Broadway show is not that big a deal, but it's a big deal to me if I'm paying 100x that

she was lucky it was just her and her sister on the trip. She mentions the room is advertised for five or six people which means that table they're sitting at is for five or six people. With that many people the view would be even worse bc she wouldn't have been able to move around as much

sure, but she was reviewing a $6k luxury experience. Just about any regular theater would have noted those seats as "obstructed view" and sold them at a discount. For $6k I'd better be able to see the whole show without leaning or scooting back and forth in my booth.

I stopped playing The Finals bc of the ai stuff. I knew they were using it from the jump and never should have given it the time of day in the first place, but at a certain point the use of ai for the cosmetics became extremely obvious and made the whole thing feel cheap and gross. Never again

Unfortunately the option to hide AI images is heavily reliant on the image being tagged as AI, so it doesn't work very well. Love it as a feature though. Been using ddg for years
