'Common sense' used by people describing their positions/thoughts on something should be an immediate warning sign. What they mean is 'this is how I think, so everyone else should think this way as well'.
I really, REALLY hope this will be the end of this 'Bazball' nonsense and the players start to remember why test cricket is so unique. You've got FIVE DAYS and your playing like you've got a target to chase in 5 overs. Oh, the people behind the warm up plans need firing. 1 match? Really? Genius.

“In a decade, Pichai said that it'll be normal to build extraterrestrial data centers”.

And he’s definitely not the only one speaking about the *necessity* of data centers in space. Apparently the planet is not big enough for their scaling “laws”.

Sundar Pichai says Google will start building data centers in space, powered by the sun, in 2027
Google announced Project Suncatcher earlier this month. CEO Sundar Pichai now says it could begin building data centers in space as soon as 2027.

You could write a list, in order, of the rats jumping from Tories to Reform and it would be around 90% accurate. It's also not a surprise they're picking up all the names you'd expect a party like that to pick up. Imagine voting for these clowns......

How is that generation still called a 'golden generation'?!? They won nothing and reached ZERO finals - the last 6-7 years are more deserving of 'golden generation' tag.....

It's November. No title race is over in November.

Does anyone actually use the epic store other than for the free games? Part of the reason Alan Wake 2 struggled so much for any traction/numbers was it being 'exclusive' to a store front barely anyone uses.......
Epic Games CEO Tim Sweeney says it "makes no sense" for digital game stores to flag when a developer has used AI during a game's development, because it will become so commonplace in the future.

I, for one, am SHOCKED to hear Ubisoft saying this - who would have thought a company that famously said 'consumers should get used to not owning their games' also have the motto of 'AI slop is better than using actual people to make stuff'.

Their downfall feels inevitable at this point
Ubisoft boss believes generative AI is as big a revolution for games as the shift to 3D, as tech is embraced company-wide

Strange that the paper that lead the very stupid 'faux outrage at everything he did' charge on Sterling when he was playing for England are now leading the very, very stupid charge on 'don't take Bellingham to the World Cup'. Clearly you're not a serious person if you actually think that.

Ahhhh, the age old 'go back to the good old days' crap. Referee's have NEVER been invisible, ever - they are the first scape goat for any manager. Pulis, almost weekly, would mention them! Ref's were SO visible there was endless discussions about players surrounding them and screaming at them!

So, in a shocking twist, it was one of the names leaked and it was pretty much known yesterday.

Called it years ago. Basically making a cheaper PC that'll be Xbox branded with some swap-able parts that they'll make a loss on but somehow recoup via gamepass and putting their games on other platforms.

So the mythical 'console wars' are basically dead cause the only 'pure console' will be PS6

It sounds like the next-gen Xbox will be as much of a PC as it is a console, with reports that it will be able to play League of Legends, World of Warcraft, and games from Steam, while also being able to access your Xbox library.

Wild to think that if one of those scrappy shots had gone in yesterday and we'd won people would be talking about 'turning a corner' and 'something to build on'. Amazing how such fine chances can change the perception of things, but that's football. Always like Noel but I guess now is time to change

Fully out in the open now, this is where validating racists 'legitimate concerns' (when they are not) gets us. They racists and everyone knows it - anyone with a functioning brain cell knows that these racists are racists. It's just fascinating to see how defensive they get when you call them that.
Conservative Shadow Home Secretary Chris Philp repeatedly refusing to say that he thinks Reform MP Sarah Pochin saying she doesn't like seeing black people on TV was racist.

Says he wouldn't use her "language" but it's right for her to express "legitimate concerns" about migration

Remember when Man Utd fans were absolutely furious that Harry Maguire wouldn't cut and run to West Ham on a lower wage and accused him of holding the club to ransom? Amazing how things can change......

I mean, he's not wrong, but I wish this fucking myth that Dark Souls/FromSoftware games were the first to include things like 'dodging, parrying and shields' cause it's just a myth. Stuff like this comes from people that think 'souls-like' is actually a genre.

If his daddy didn't own a team, Lance Stroll wouldn't have an F1 seat. It must be SO depressing to work in that team and know that with 2 competent drivers you'd be able to compete higher up the constructors table.

If I'd been called out talking shit and lying about wrestlers trying to boost subs to my patreon, then claiming I'd apologized and being called out for lying about that, maybe I'd keep my mouth shut about other far more established and respected journalists in the wrestling industry. Just a thought.

New figures from Shelter show that the number of children homeless or in temporary accommodation in England has reached its highest level since records began.

172,420 kids without a permanent home of their own- an 8% increase in a single year.

Seeing game devs take a "the customer is always right" approach to feedback is so sad because like I get it from a PR perspective, but...

1) The customer is always wrong

2) Your customers are gamers, so they're twice as wrong

Why is Half-Life 3 mentioned here? I dunno, I guess clicks/SEO? Cause after saying 'guess what, Half-Life 3 isn't out yet' that's it. Really, really weird.

This country is a disgrace, the people running it are a disgrace and single brain celled flag shagging idiots are a disgrace. I constantly here them going 'we don't want them lot over here' - I would much rather have this woman and her family here than those racist, knuckle dragging idiots.
