Really enjoyed it, laughter and tears moments through out. If you get the chance go and see it and if you stay long enough at the end you’ll even see under Transportation section “David Burns - driver to Suzie Lavelle” (DoP) on the end credits! 😂

2 Temple Place off the Embankment, built for William Astor, I had a very quick look in there as I’d never seen inside before, looks like a decent exhibition on in there until 20th April.

The art of defending has simply become a dying art.

Someone explain why so many players are brainless, #8 Bissouma receives the ball in midfield and the player who passed to him makes the run on forwards in space and surely doesnt have to say “PASS IT BACK!”, #8 ignores him then tries to do wtf knows and loses the ball, its just like watching Enzo F
Trossard to make it 2-1 to #Arsenal

Geordies were defensively immense, so well organised from the front to the back, got the goals and then managed the game superbly.

We’ve seen of late Palmer beginning to flag by 80 mins, surely his team mates can see that as most revolves around him so naturally he will tire last 10 mins so what does our hare brained keeper do plays a pass to him and he’s immediately put under pressure and loses the ball and Palace then score.

Maresca has been well and truly found out, now Chelsea looking more likely to not get top 4 then get top 4, 2 pts from a possible 12 vs the last 4 teams faced of which 3 are in the lower reaches including one that hadn’t won at home all season and were 2nd bottom.

It’s great to be waking up with a smile having watched a terrific game at The Bridge last night.
Being entertained, brilliant commitment from all players, fast attacking play, goals & skilful young talent on display. It’s been a while since that happened consistently, but what a joy again.

Strangely enough we actually looked a bit thin yesterday with quality on the bench, our squad depth not so apparent with a few injuries which makes the Chilwell thing iutterly baffling, something clearly very broken in his relationship with club or manager or both, we could do with him as back up.

Really enjoyed that yesterday, it was vgood game, Brentford were well set up and we probably don’t win that game with previous mentality, yes it got pretty nerve wracking towards the end and that’s part of the joy of football having your nerves shredded and the relief of the final whistle.

I have no criticism after today’s game well ok maybe just one minor one that we could and should have had more goals but that said it was a great team effort and every player contributed so well.
It’s been a a few years since I felt we might have something special beginning with this group.

Any of you literary types familiar with this book, well the turning into a tv series is my current employment and should keep me gainfully employed until next September.

It’s almost midday at the beginning of the last week in November, the sun is shining and it’s currently 61F degrees here, yes ok it’s a little bit blowy but even so 61 degrees, absolutely mad.

Anyone else think Maresca is still really quite the novice at times at game management, thought it was odd he didn’t make a sub til the 81st min when there were definitely a couple of players needed changing before that. 🤷🏻

All these years I didn’t realise or maybe I’d forgotten but this was originally intended for the Off The Wall album but then was redone and put on Thriller instead.

“Yep ok mate if you can get tickets”

“Oh btw it’s a 1230 kick off”

And so here I am on a 715 train from Maidstone heading to London on a dark damp Saturday morning.

So I’m now on a production for next few months based at the new Shinfield Studios, a sizeable site with 18 stages located next to the M4 just outside Reading.
I’ve just learned the money to build it, £262 million, was lent by Cain International.
Key people Jonathan Goldstein and Todd Boehly.
