So TLDR: I'd love to make Bugdeon a PC game, but my own general inexperience with coding is kinda preventing that, and the game is too unfinished for me to even entertain the idea right now sadly.

On the bright side, having the gave developed like this makes conceptualizing features for the game generally easier, and allows me to pretty easily implement features (even if the features in question are mostly concepts in themselves still)

I think having Bugdeon as a proper PC game would honestly be lovely, but I've mostly been settling with the board game approach primarily to make the development actually possible for someone like myself basically. The issue is purely me basically

A big thing holding me back from this being a PC game is mostly just my own lack of coding / game development knowledge. I think the game being completely unfinished even in its current state is another thing holding me back to some extent, but that by far is the biggest factor

I am also aware I haven't really touched much on the player character lore, but that's mostly since a lot of it is sorta unfinished to a degree

Like I said earlier, this is a Chance Time event NPC, so they're not gonna be having any major role in the game

I do plan on at least having a special item tied to them though

Besides that, I don't have much else to add. Hope you all enjoyed ^w^

Here's some extra goodies also, including the initial concept art (which I've posted before) and an extra image detailing a neat lil' bit of trivia regarding the design

The decision to make their design canonically not their real one was inspired by how depictions of angels tended to vary a lot

Don't have much else to really say sadly. Much like with what I did for Stagger it's basically an alternative way to fight them. Sorry if this one synopsis seems a little lacking because of that

As for lore, there ain't much else I can really say at the moment besides "The tyrant was abandoned by their people and is REALLY mad". So there's that

Another fun fact about this design: their weapon has a microwave stirrer attached to it since their microwave was broken in their "quest" chain

Functionally, they're about the same to Stagger's alternate storyline variant in that you gotta complete a Chance Time quest in a specific way to get 'em to show up. I talked about this a little more in detail with Stagger, so to save time you can read it here: bsky.app/profile/bugd...
