Sometimes I feel I'm so lucky to be able to research / access scientific evidence, experts' advice and learn from my own reflective practice: managing #autoimmunediseases and be able to enjoy the countryside in a day like this (sun, wind, rain!) is... just magic.

Basic ideas:
1) find a way to clean the KDP mess in SERPs (homonyms, links that don't work etc)
2) buy the books! show me you've read them
3) don't send email written by AI - it's just spam

What a sense of GOOD tiredness after 10 miles walk in beautiful Berkshire ending at Windsor, spectacular as always
Nature + walking: great rest for eyes and mind! especially after the 6 h I worked y'day!
