Hilariously I've been told that it's actually not RPF, or that if it is it's NOT Sid and Ovi. Which I think actually makes it funnier that the team could have cast anyone and ended up casting guys who kinda look like Fictional Sid And Ovi

I kinda assume that they needed ~IP with an existing fanbase to adapt so they could show numbers to whoever's paying for it to prove that there's Money in Gay Hockey Romance, even though as the people who made Letterkenny they themselves would already know it's a guaranteed hit.
