Crick and Watston’s work was incredible
Watson was an utter prick
Rosalind Franklin’s work was fundamental to theirs
Franklin was treated poorly
They didn’t steal her work

Is that so complex it has to be reduced to ‘they nicked her work’?

What design considerations emerge from iterative development, pilot testing, and expert review?

How can the Hepler-Leavitt Model of Project-Based Learning be integrated into an intervention framework for improving search behaviors among undergraduate students at two-year institutions... through SIFT instruction?

Which search behaviors do undergraduate students in two-year institutions... exhibit and use in practice, and which behaviors are associated with learning objective fulfillment versus non-fulfillment? How do these observed behaviors align with critical behaviors identified in the literature review?

What evidence exists regarding the effectiveness of project-based learning interventions on self-directed learning outcomes for students in two-year higher education institutions, and what instructional design elements characterize successful implementation in these approaches?

Which search behaviors are associated in the literature with successful self-directed learning outcomes, and what evidence supports these associations?

'Search' is meant to facilitate a particular type of self-directed learning, and yet many users complete a search "session" without fully implementing the self-directed learning process.

Eventually I am going to develop a dissertation related to this topic. I am thinking:

It could be that the technology that solves your problem is NOT the AI. For example, I know that people love to use AI to search, but they are not using it appropriately. People should be saying, "What tools or sites will be most helpful in research," not "how can I use AI to research?"

Incidentally, you will notice that there are eight steps; AI is introduced into the process in step 6! Not Step 1 , step 6! This is also the last time you will use AI. When you are coming up with your problem, and your project, you should NEVER say "how do I use AI to do this," but "how do I do this

This seems silly.

As far as I can ascertain the Italian company has no claim to the copyright as they never acquired it, and any claim of abandonment is spurious at best, as it was never surrendered.

There’s a clear lineage and they are not part of it.

Wrapping up a 200+ page analysis, the High Court observes that while its decision may prove "historic," it's also limited. Bottom line, however, @StabilityAI.com wins: a model, even when its weights are informed by ©d works, is NOT itself an infringing copy...
