In two areas (capitulation to Trump, and wholesale embrace of AI edtech intrusions), too many US campus leaders are failing their institutions. Now is the time for the many other stakeholders at campuses across the land to assess whether their own leaders will meet the moment, and act accordingly.

I don't mean this in a self-congratulatory way because I had nothing to do with it, but other universities and the press are deliberately ignoring the fact that our union already won a permanent injunction against terminating funds this way. "Critics" here includes federal judicial precedent.
