I'm not idealizing her or presuming to know what's up regarding the petition, but AOC/ Rep from the 14th co-signed & wrote a letter to DHS protesting the abduction of Khalil Mahmoud & demanding his release. Ppl've been saying she was MIA on this horrific incident & I don't think that's true

I'm not saying she is perfection, nor that it's my job to build her up or defend her! But, on the same day as the petition we saw, she co-signed/ co-wrote with various other officials and posted a letter to the Repugnant head of DHS demanding Mahmoud Khalil's release.
