Plenty of left-leaning folks step to the right when it comes to economics. I see him that way but still more socially left than anyone across the aisle.

Saying the CPL exists only to fulfill FIFA req's is terribly naïve: yes, we've had a couple shitty owners, but to say that the rest aren't committed, you're not paying attention, and clearly don't know the teams. It's not perfect (what is?), but league leadership's desire to succeed is genuine.
