5 years ago today our then 26-year-old debut album REVELINO went to No 1 in the Irish Independent Charts ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I wrote Neon Lights as a tribute to Mark Lanegan following his death in Co Kerry in Feb 2022. This new remix is by Ingmar808 who made the international hit “Iron Lion Zion” by Bob Marley & the Wailers back in the day. At Island Records, London, he worked with U2, Suede, Pulp, earning 6 gold discs.

I wrote FIRE DRILL as the 50th anniversary of Bloody Sunday was approaching. I was reading “Butchers Dozen” by Thomas Kinsella which reflected rage at the findings of Lord Widgery’s 1972 report:
“a cold putting aside of truth - with prejudice dressed up as justice.”

“We Have It All” is a heart-on-my-sleeve love song that I wrote for Karen & our kids when I was recovering from coronary surgery ❤️It’s a love letter to family, home & being there for each other. I wanted it to sound like those 70’s soul songs I loved to listen to with my mother on Top of The Pops 🪩
