A problem is there are no standards for "police academies" as they are held as school hours and teach how to taken down people and how to the defend. The latter being emphasized. There are no Constitutional rights instructions because in a 3 month school, no sweat, "qualified immunity."

I tell you who is the biggest surprise. Sen. Ruben Gallegos (I sent $$ several times) for AZ friends. Worried how Lake toyed with him. He has shown himself to take no b.s. and not waste words.
