SLT:10 Giacomo Hawkins (CM) O/U 9:51 AM If Giacomo has a weakness it's lack of confidence. Or it's saying no. Or it's delegating. Or it's being scared of himself. But Giacomo made promises, or Giacomo feels like he made promises. And he has to keep them. So it's time to turn T10 into a support force, a force he hopes can be known for healing, helping, saving those in the Dream who need it. And while doing that, Giacomo has a hive and meadery to maintain, maybe he'll get help, maybe he won't. But he loves those hives, and the bees, and it's how he feels Sol. And Giacomo has to learn how to keep troop morale up, keep control, maintain confidence. And he's going to love his Squad and it's gonna hurt sometimes. And Giacomo is going to feed and train horses and figure out how to make them useful. And maybe he's going to love them too. And sometimes. Giacomo is gonna crash out, and be self inflicted overworked, and need help, and he's gonna recover and he's gonna do it again. He will make T10 something new. But I wanted to ask permission to begin training all of T10 in emergency response first aid and diagnosis. See how they take to it. I have an idea. An experiment, of slowly, without interrupting combat readiness, that a squad could be trained to specialize in general emergency response. Fire suppression, first aid, general disaster relief. I think that kind of public squad could be good for Tempest PR, and potentially leveraged as an insurance contract profit source. But really I'd like to focus T10 on helping people beyond just combat and defense. That's big pipe dream stuff. Nothing will move forward without permission.
