If I was an Indiana House Republican trying to propose a map that would sway recalcitrant Indiana Senate Republicans, I would maybe go with an 8-1 map.

If I was an Indiana House Republican trying to propose a map that would sway recalcitrant Indiana Senate Republicans, I would maybe go with an 8-1 map.
