Got job. Hiring manager says no issues with discrimination/ableism, I'll be fine, no need for formality. 7 hours pass and the boss pulls me into work, says, it's not going to work out, you're not a good fit. 7 fucking hours. They gave me their business cards and said I could use them as a reference.
