- Include demand flexibility in all energy and capacity markets on same footing as other resources

Indeed, and the merit order effect of wind pushing away gas power is made in this other very recent analysis. ECIU calculate 33% lower wholesale electricity price in GB because of wind.

I haven't had time to compare the 2 reports.
