Just pay a person. There’s a whole industry of home healthcare just for this scenario. Unless you hate the elders in your life, then get a robot.

Example, family could be aware of the surroundings their elders live in or if any problems occur the robot is at least present and a viable option to attempt solving the problem versus flying or driving long distances to reach them. there is of course issues as well.
