Made a healing pot of fasolada, a Greek white bean stew. Used Rancho Gordo Royal Corona beans, which are ginormous. I love this soup. Part of tomorrow’s Feast of the Seven Legumes.

The Park District added an 8 A.m. session at the Maggie Daley ice ribbon this season. I knocked out five miles and the ice was still good when I left. Also, heated tents for groups available for rent.
