The reason I was concerned is because it seemed like the settings were broken.
It turns out there’s a bug in the iOS app that causes the settings to not show the correct value in iOS.
I had set them to nsfw in the browser, but the app said I had nsfw hidden.
Hence the confusion…

No need to block anyone or mute… I had set my settings up to show nsfw on the web app a while back.
I was confused because the iOS app shows what’s in the screenshot.
It was a bug.
Others have have noticed this as well.

My concern was that we found a bug in the app: iOS settings for moderation don’t reflect their actual settings.
Anyways… toggling them in the se app seems to fix the bug.
