the bikes in general might just be really good with rick because of his handling

rick’s excellent turning combined with the wheelie bike’s short turns and boost power has made it a menace on a lot of courses and i’m usually way ahead of people when i’m using it. i’m also seeing it used a lot by other folks but that could just be part of the matchup algorithm.

i’d like to believe that even if poliwrath is like a brexit geezer dad, poliwhirl is great once he’s of age. he’s like poliwrath without the aggressiveness, the way that poliwhirl is sometimes preferred because of the extra speed and pure water. maybe poliwhirl’s chill but is also a huge normie.
