Uhhh so author pro-tip I just learned. Don't delete things with tracked changes ON and then do a global find/replace with tracked changes OFF. It, uh, fucks everything up.

I gave my goat a glow-up.

I have photos related to my actual author type thing but I just really wanted to show off my goat. Maybe tomorrow?

I feel like everyone in my neighborhood has a special skill they employ to help everyone else. Surprisingly, mine is not fixing computers.

It's wrangling animals. I am currently helping a very angry Pomeranian adjust to taking eyedrops.

I was given this print to paint and I'm trying to decide how to paint it. I think I want to do a real horse color instead of something made up, and while dapple-gray is the obvious choice, I also am leaning toward something with color. What would you pick?

It's been way too long since I've posted a photo of my cat.

Found this on one of today's hikes. I love how delightfully weird people are.

Tater update. He's active, he's eating well, his respiratory rate is good, but he is definitely blind in one eye. I'll probably find out more when we go to a follow up with the ophthalmologist in another week or so.

Well, I didn't win anything from the @columbuslibrary.bsky.social summer reading program raffle. However, my dad has secretly been putting all his tickets towards the self-care box so he could give it to my mom and I.
