My point of entry to Terrence Stamp was Superman II. All of 10-years old and this sequel was so, SO much better than its turgid '78 debut. And in large part to Stamp's icy, Kraftwerkian-General Zod! I saw it in Chautauqua, NY the summer of '81. I was 10 and heading into 5th grade. I saw it twice!!

Absolutely loved seeing the Lute F. and Daniel Kissam/Frank Lloyd Wright house in Glencoe, Illinois this past Monday. Beautiful landscaping too!

Fidgety with dissatisfaction of our muted/monotone interiors, I recently came across this book, now over thirty years old, and was immediately smitten. A wonderfully straight forward guide & inspiration--consent to splash walls (or whatever!) with bold color swatches!

The "John Margolies Roadside America Photograph Archive", hosted by the Library of Congress, embraces the weird, cheesy Americana of my dreams.

It's wild that we’re at a point where the most self-evident truths need to be reasserted like revolutionary ideas. next up, "medicine heals." #Harvard
