Yes this worked nicely. Took a whole pork shoulder, debone (saved for stock), skinned, and roasted with a mix of fig and Asian pear jam, herbs (all from the garden). And roast acorn squash.

Depending on the floor, probably nothing different. People still need their HVAC fixed so will need my indie company, I'm still going to start an indie art press, still going to stay in the union. It would make it a little less harrowing to jump but I'd still try to fly.
Honest question: If everyone got Universal Basic Income, no strings attached, what would YOU do with it?

Kept waking up between the "I'm naked in the wrong place" stress dreams, and now it's 6am which means baby is almost up anyway. Too cold to go to the range still but at least slightly warmer for the kid to play outside. Praise the ancestors for coffee.
