Coming from a rail & lighting background I find it very difficult to understand why some companies see this as a "successful" installation/project. Admittedly I do not have the full facts to this installation but I do know that current standards could be exceeded with far less fittings.

Don't blame the lights they do what they were designed to do, blame the people who spec'd them! You can get LED's that mimic "orange" light but they're not as efficient or as environmentally friendly as "white light". It's all to do with the colour temperature #Kelvin
