I just came across this video, and it brought tears to my eyes because I went through something almost identical. Sometimes, we experience things so terrible that if someone explained it to you, you’d think it was a joke or impossible. But it’s real.🥺🙏

Stop being that boss or coworker who yells, criticizes, and crushes others. Do you know someone cries at night because of you? No, because your ego blinds you. Respect costs nothing, but it can change everything. Be human. Your words and actions leave scars.

We guilt-trip ourselves for not calling, for not always being there. But reciprocity shouldn’t be one-sided. If you care about me as much as you say, you have my number too. It’s not normal to always be the one giving without receiving.
