The rest seems okay, although unless you have a reason for getting a seperate soundcard, i probably wouldn't bother, a USB DAC could also be an option.

I would personally skip the 5080 and go for a 3090 or 4090 (not sure what the prices are on them), 24gb vram can't be beat.
Mainboard could be picked a bit cheaper.
Also, i personally had bad experience on QC with the Fractal North, you may get lucky but mine was a POS, had to add a ton...
