It is more a failure in R states than D states. Rs don’t like educated people as a whole in their states. Just look at all R states that pub Ed in their states have basically not improved in past 50 yrs.

Blue states should put their federal tax $ into escrow acct & not send to federal govt if Piggy is not going to help Blue states.Tie the $ up in court cases for yrs like Piggy likes to do. R states will all end up underwater.
