With therapy I felt in hindsight like I just wanted to give the right answers and actually didn't even help myself

Definitely think that's imposter syndrome adjacent there, or perhaps subconsciously a yearning to be good at a thing so you try not to be bad at the thing... And then actually you become good and actually are then good... If that makes sense 😅

Yeah unfortunately that's exactly how I feel about twitter. Got over 6,000 followers and most of them seem inactive or don't even see what I wrote anymore.
