It's going to be tough for everyone. I don't see a great outcome for many years, even if a woodchipper was involved.

I don't have the space or the money for a glass cabinet. I have a whole wall that is 2 full sliding glass doors onto a patio in my apartment which is great! if I didn't have cats. 🤣

I do wonder if the batch I used was from this but I'm not sure how to tell if I don't have the product anymore. My pharmacy might know?

HOWEVER, it may be worth it to try again next year because MAYBE the equipment I was given falls under this recall. I had my dex at the time to compare, and it WAS much lower.

It IS unacceptable. With hypo unawareness I NEED that Dex, and then with the news about the Freestyle causing deaths I'm not pleased with any of my options.
I hope it's Monday too, for the G7. The G6 will arrive... maybe.

Right? I'm on the Dexcom... for now. It's always scary when these things happen. When I was on a Medtronic pump there was a recall and I was part of it. I ended up in urgent care. Which is why I am now on a different pump!

I was told yesterday, from Dexcom, that there are supply issues? I called Byram and was able to order early thanks to the way I did the G6 restarts. So... hopefully Monday or Tuesday. 😢
