Bf sent me this and I love conlangs a lot, and have seen a good amount of things about it (though I do need to study more linguistics to upgrade my knowledge of them ngl), but never really did a puzzle about it, so I think I messed up somewhere. But this was fun nonetheless.

Some notes and answers. I couldn't come up with a unique solution, but some I like more than others (would be cool/elegant if adjectives here were like Japanese). Some data points that would be helpful:
-Another indefinite article or gerundive
-Another relative clause
-A copular sentence
