Thought the blob might be Witches Butter, but then saw the bowls and I’m lost.

My id app thinks the bowls could be Orange Peel Fungus… but if they turn into the blob it’s not that… I think.

Maybe Orange Jelly Spot? But I can’t find if that starts as tiny cups.
