How did people write full kernels and games without a split keyboards, 45” ultrawide 120Hz OLED monitors, 640TFlops I/O or noise cancelling headphones with conversational awareness?

Biggest unlock in AI productivity over the last year: switching from Cursor and juggling models to Zed with Claude (enabled via ACP). Way less negotiating solutions and better understanding of the code so the DX is back to pair programming instead of begging bots.

Main take-aways from @devcon.org:
- privacy and scaling get most attention
- DAOs are dead. Or have at least lost the headspace by.
- Public Goods funding is focussing on building frameworks for comparing mechanisms and impact.
- great move to connect in Argentina, I felt welcomed and educated.

Yeah finally the vision of mixing ATProto with on-chain provenance for @hypercerts.org is on stage 🔥

Great talk @holke.xyz

This feels like a big move from the EF. Building on ATProto, sign in to app with email (sneaking in an embedded wallet). No hastle with signatures, seed phrases or gas.

@hypercerts.org could do some interesting stuff with the public event data @holke.xyz 😏

It’s humbling to learn more about impactful projects that made it up to this point without complex governance tooling. It’s equally impressive we have showcases for impactful projects that utilise effective on-chain governance. They are probably not the same people and don’t need to be.
