If it’s “dumb to be reflexively cynical,” I wonder why vast, vast majority of journalists
are just that (ne plus ultra dysfunctional couple notwithstanding)? Media cynicism, I think, largely to blame for turning country, its
sovereignty & its survival into reality competition show. And it’s gross.
