Last morning in Kenya. Slept and eaten well and feeling better than I have in months. Now facing 1 hr ✈️ trip to Nairobi, 6hr layover, 9 hr ✈️ to Heathrow, then 3 hrs layover in London and 5 hr 🚆 to Edinburgh. Don't think it'll last!

Ben feeling "hollowed-out", tired, and irritable. Often at the same time. Time to do some writing tonight I think. Narrative construction, map drawing, word count, plot layout: all help. Think I'm getting the hang of Scrivener, too.
