Well it may be too late but we have actual change. Tanaka and Gruev were the only options but Gnonto and James start, Nmeche keeps his place deservedly and Gudmondsson is dropped for Justin which is unexpected but defensively perhaps a good shout #LUFC

Farke confirmed Longstaff is out for 4-6 weeks with a calf injury, a huge blow. Anton Stach misses out too due to concussion protocols, per Farke's presser yesterday. This means Ampadu must step up; he's been vital, averaging 3.2 tackles/90 min, but he needs to track far far better his man. #LUFC

Okay. This difference so far is this. Work rate, far outworking villa. Players deeper, simple but true. Okafor tracking back defensively. Nmecha holding up the ball. We are a better side when we are physically strong, on every player and moving the ball forward quickly. All tactical. #LUFC
