This is ridiculous. Firms such as Circana (formerly Information Resources, Inc. (IRI)) Scanner provide information to both businesses and government. They can’t hide the inflationary prices. It is readily available.

You seem to know technology, but I know economics and have a pretty good idea the repercussions of cuts and their effects on “support” for this project. We’re headed down a bumpy road with this Big Beautiful Bill. There will be fallout and like “Star Wars”, the Golden Dome will fizzle.

Only 25 billion of the arguably low estimate of 175 billion is in the budget bill. Between implications of servicing a 4 trillion debt and fallout from cuts, as imagined today, it is not happening. Improvements to current defense infrastructure at a lower scale using the name is more feasible.
