Anyone who has read this book (or who is black) knows this is on brand for the healthscare industry in the States. Whether all her victims were black/brown or not, it's still on brand, given the type of perpetrator.

The key takeaway is that the world’s richest man got what he wanted; stripped our cancer funding for kids, killed reforms to bring down drugs prices and caps on investment in China. Trump on the other hand demanded a debt ceiling raise and got nothing.
