The Plan, rooted in community engagement across six languages, offers hope for
- more affordable housing,
- safer public transit,
- safer infrastructure for people walking, biking, and rolling.

It offers a vision for a more affordable and welcoming Montgomery County.

CSG is proud to have led a major advocacy campaign in support of this project!

Just steps from transit, the project will deliver nearly 900 new homes, including affordable housing, and prioritizes walkability, community amenities, and connectivity.

Dan Langenkamp’s powerful op-ed, written in memory of Sarah, is a reminder that our streets don't have to be dangerous.

Her death was the outcome of streets designed to prioritize speed over human life.
