In our Arizona house, we set up the tree in the master bedroom, which we keep closed off to the cats. Here in Minnesota, I bought a 5-foot-high gate that we set up to block off the library for the holiday season. Otherwise, I imagine 1) Luke would chew the tree, 2) Finn would climb/attack.

You know, it usually doesn't happen to me because my suppers often are centered around the cheese. 😅
