These bills will go nowhere and directly conflict with the energy Siting and Permitting reform passed just last year. This is just noise.

All Chinese tariffs reduced by 10 points - so if battery tariff was 57%, it is now 47%. Helpful, and light years better than a new 100% tariff. FEOC is more of an issue for battery developers. We need more ex-China LFP manufacturers.
